职责描述：

• Support the project management team in a multitude of different tasks connected to the following.
• 协助项目管理团队处理以下多种类型相关的不同的任务
• Project documentation and organization: Actively handling the project document filing, contact lists,meeting minutes, meeting agenda, project reports, documentation of decisions, maintain online collaboration platforms, assisting in the organization of meetings.

• Translation works:Chinese-English, English-Chinese for technical documents, but also during meetings

• Cost controlling: support with cost listings, invoice pre-checking, quantity take-off, price research.
• 成本控制：在成本清单，发票预检，工程算量和价格调研等方面提供支持
• Time controlling: updating and follow-up of existing time schedules

• Quality control during design: printing and formal checking of drawings, following up design deficiencies status, checking design delivery lists

• Quality control during construction of the building: visual inspections of site, generate and follow-up punch lists, photo documentation, process site work flow.
• 施工期间的质量管控：施工现场检查，跟进整改清单，图片文件，现场工作流程 You will work under the guidance of the project or department manager. The main working language is English. The assignment location is Shanghai, but may involve travel and during construction phase on-site presence for some of the time.
  
  

您将会在项目经理或者部门经理的指导下进行工作，主要工作语言为英文。工作地点为上海，但可能需要出差，以及施工阶段的部分时间需要在现场。

Requirements 任职要求：

• Later years of engineer university bachelor / master degree, civil engineer / Architecture preferred
• 工程专业，本科/硕士学位，土木工程或建筑专业优先
• Self orgnize and pro-active working habit
• 积极主动，有计划的工作态度
• Internship experience in construction industry, preferred at PM company is a plus.
• 有建筑行业实习经验，有项目管理公司的实习经验优先
• Good PC skills especially of MS-Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS-project)
• 良好的计算机技能尤其是MS-Office 的熟练运用，（Excel，Word，PowerPoint，MS-Project
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken)
• 流利的中英文（书写和口语） The starting date of this internship is relatively, but should have a duration of min. 3 months, better 6 months. 实习开始的时间灵活，但是最少要实习3个月起，6个月优先。线下每周4-5天。 What we have to offer 我们提供：
