Job Title: Intern – Strategic Partnerships

Location: 2 in Delhi, 1 in Mumbai and 1 in Bangalore

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹ 15000 per month

Reporting to: Fundraising & amp; Partnerships Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our fundraising and

partnerships team. The role will primarily involve conducting in-depth research on prospective

donors, corporate CSR leads, and philanthropic institutions. This is a great opportunity for

someone looking to build experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor strategy, and strategic

communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on prospective donors, HNIs, and CSR-aligned

corporates, foundations and institutions.

• Develop donor profiles including giving history, interests, and alignment with the

organization's mission

• Maintain and update internal donor databases and prospect lists
• Support the Director in drafting donor briefs and background notes for meetings
• Track sector trends and new CSR opportunities in line with organizational goals
• Assist in preparing customized outreach materials and presentations
• Collaborate with the communications and programs team for relevant data or success

stories

• Perform other tasks related to partnership development as needed

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Development Studies,

Public Policy, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of

information

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet-based research tools
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Interest in philanthropy, fundraising, or CSR landscape
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
