Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for requirements management, data development, data analysis, mining, and governance on the big data platform. Build enterprise-level data asset management systems, ensure data quality, and promote data-driven decision-making and business growth.
2. Requirement analysis & data development: Evaluate business requirements and perform technical breakdowns; conduct data modeling, ETL development, and visualization (BI reports/dashboards). Lead implementation of business-driven projects to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery.
3. Data asset development: Participate in building data governance systems, covering data standards, quality, metadata, and master data management. Drive asset consolidation and ensure compliance and availability.
4. Platform architecture optimization: Design and iterate data middle-platform architecture, including foundational layers, metric processing layers, and application layers. Establish quality monitoring mechanisms and troubleshoot root causes for continuous improvement.
5. Big data model development and application: Drive development of big data models for business scenarios (e.g., user profiling, intelligent prediction). Build intelligent analytics frameworks and explore automated, data-driven decision-making.
6. Other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, Big Data, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of big data-related experience in the telecommunications industry.
3. Proficient with mainstream data toolchains (ETL/BI/Data Visualization); skilled in data governance frameworks and implementation; experienced in metrics design and business modeling.
4. Solid data modeling skills, with experience in dimension modeling, wide-table modeling, and metrics modeling.
5. Familiar with components of big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, HBase); knowledge of data structures and common machine learning algorithms.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, coordination, and teamwork. Open to learning and adapting to overseas work environments.
7. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Work Location: BGC, Manila, Philippines; willing to relocate and work abroad.
