The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, excellent visualization skills, and experience in producing high-quality 2D (space planning & working drawing) and 3D presentations. Key responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing material palettes, collaborating with clients and vendors, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure alignment with approved designs.

Requirements:
