Summary

Project manager - 6 month contract role with potential to turn into full-time position.

Payment - $60 per hour, paid out bi-weekly. Est hours: 25-30 hrs per week

The role


We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager located in San Francisco to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This hybrid position involves both remote work and regular onsite presence in San Francisco.


  • Assist with onsite walkthroughs and vendor coordination.
  • Manage delivery schedules and COI requirements with building management.
  • Interface with clients and send out weekly project status updates.
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Review plans and specs to ensure accuracy,
  • Coordinate subcontractors and develop project schedules
  • Create and continuously update & manage project schedule, track project costs.
  • Manage client relationships and provide ongoing communication throughout the project.
  • Proactively planning weeks to months ahead, anticipating overlaps and challenges in schedule management.



What you bring:

  • Previous experience in project management within design, architecture, construction, or similar fields
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort managing multiple stakeholders and shifting timelines
  • Bonus: Familiarity with workplace and commercial interiors.
