Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior spatial planning, concept development, and detailed design documentation. You will play a key role in shaping the immersive environments of our escape rooms, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics align with the brand’s storytelling goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptual Space Planning:
Design interior layouts for escape rooms based on game narratives, theme requirements, and spatial constraints.
* Detailed Interior Drawings:
Prepare working drawings including partitions, furniture layouts, lighting plans, wall treatments, and material specifications.
* 3D Visualization:
Create detailed 3D models and renders to communicate design ideas and final room visuals effectively.
* Material & Finish Selection:
Research and recommend materials, colors, lighting, and furnishings that bring concepts to life.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with game designers, architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate design execution.
* On-Site Coordination:
Occasionally visit project sites for design implementation support and quality checks.
* Design Revisions:
Revise plans and layouts based on feedback from senior designers or project managers.
Technical Skills Required:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, CorelDraw
* Strong command of interior detailing and spatial planning
* Understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting principles
Soft Skills Required:
* High attention to detail and creativity
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines
* Problem-solving mindset with a practical design approach
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design/architecture
* Experience in theme-based or commercial interior projects is a plus
