Responsibilities

A growing retail company is in search of an Interim Controller/VP of Finance. The Controller/VP of Finance will lead the accounting, finance and treasury functions for the company. The Controller/VP of Finance will report to the owner and will be responsible for the following:

• Manage all accounting and finance
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial statement prep
• Treasury functions
• M&A activities
• Assist with yearly audit
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong systems skills
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• BS Degree
