About the Opportunity:

A global services company is seeking a seasoned Interim Global Controller to step in during a key transition period. Following a recent sale and executive leadership changes, this fast-paced, PE-backed organization is undergoing a performance-focused transformation.

This role is ideal for a confident and experienced Controller who thrives in high-expectation environments, understands both domestic and international accounting complexity, and can provide stability and leadership through change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day controllership activities including accounting, reporting, and budgeting
• Manage a global accounting team (~40 professionals).
• Oversee international and domestic operations with full ownership of global balance sheets, income statements, and AR aging
• Conduct global financial analysis and maintain high-quality internal controls
• Streamline accounting processes and help fully leverage NetSuite functionality
• Collaborate directly the CFO and executive team

What You Bring:

• CPA with a strong foundation in both public and private accounting
• Prior global controllership experience within PE-backed environments
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-location teams (30+ direct/indirect reports)
• Track record of navigating transitions, streamlining systems, and building process integrity
• Experience working cross-functionally with international stakeholders (UK experience a plus)
• Comfortable in a performance-driven culture that values clarity, accountability, and results
