We are recruiting an Interim CRM Campaign Manager for a multinational technological company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate flagship launch campaigns with Iberia/ETO/HQ teams for CRM alignment;
- Use customer analytics to optimize engagement and CRM database growth;
- Test and define content matrices for direct marketing channels;
- Execute plans to improve retention, lifetime value, and loyalty program effectiveness;
- Analyze campaign results and monitor ROI to refine strategies;
- Assist in marketing optimization across consumer buying phases.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a retention marketing role with a digital focus and proven experience on loyalty program management;
- Experience executing email & paid media campaigns;
- Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail;
- Exceptional planning and time management skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and in English;
- Ability to analyze and communicate insights regarding all key digital marketing metrics.
