Summary

Interim Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist – International Focus

Location: Amsterdam (with occasional travel to Utrecht, up to 2 days/week)


Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3–6 months

Working Model: Hybrid (on-site and remote flexibility)


Overview:

Our client, an international organization based in Amsterdam, is seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to support their finance team during a transitional period. This role will focus on managing international AP processes with an emphasis on EMEA and/or APAC regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end AP processes across multiple international entities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Work closely with procurement and treasury functions
  • Maintain compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international Accounts Payable, ideally covering EMEA and/or APAC regions
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
