When you join RadNet as an Interface Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: The Interface Analyst reports to the Interface Analyst Manager, Interoperability Team, and is responsible for working with End Users, Marketing Teams, Network Teams, and Vendor Partners in the development of system interfaces. Monitor and maintain the functioning of interfaces using the Radiology Information System and Mirth Interface Engine Participate in implementation request, issue resolution and application programming Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to integrations Designs, architects, and develops application interfaces in HL7 standards or vendor provided formats used to pass ADT, orders, results, charges and DICOM images. Creates and documents requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications and configurations related to application integrations Performs Integration testing of interfaces to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability possible Assist in process and work flow design as needed in support of automation into existing systems. Adhere to development standards that allow for the maintainability of interfaces If You Are: Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations. You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel. Prior knowledge or experience of HL7, principles of interoperability, EMR systems, Mirth, VPN, SFTP, XML, FHIR, Direct Messaging, APIs and other connectivity solutions. Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure effectively. Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication. Demonstrates organizational skills. Demonstrates leadership skills in interactions with peers in senior management. Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
