KINSHIP Digital is seeking a driven and intellectually curious individual to join our ever-expanding client delivery team. This role would be focused within the Open-source intelligence (OSINT) business line and offers the opportunity to work on engaging, meaningful projects that deliver real impact for clients to help protect and uplift Australian society.
In this role you will work directly with a range of clients, to support unique intelligence use cases and build strong partnerships grounded in trust, innovation, and value. With a growth mindset and a genuine interest in geopolitics, you are able to think critically and communicate strategically to help clients navigate an evolving and complex digital information landscape. You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, facilitating others to ensure we are delivering value to our clients.
Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to:
Client Relationship Management
- Fulfil daily client requests related to their technology solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, guidance, and insights to ensure client success.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, pain points, preferences, and expectations, building strong rapport and trust.
- Conduct client-facing meetings, presentations, and workshops to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and align on next steps.
- Actively listen to client feedback and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations.
Solution Delivery & Workflow Optimisation
- Identify gaps and opportunities within client workflows, delivering impactful results through our services.
- Understand clients’ business use cases and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to co-create project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to demonstrate product features, explore new use case opportunities, gather requirements, and facilitate user adoption.
- Deliver analytical outputs including threat assessments and intelligence reports.
Software Management & Insights
- Ensure clients are well-informed about their technology solutions, system enhancements, and best practice.
- Develop and manage dashboards, ensuring clients have clear visibility into data insights that drive decision-making.
- Utilise Boolean logic to refine data queries and ensure accurate data retrieval.
- Identify and monitor emerging narratives, disinformation, and trends across social media, forums, and other digital platforms
- Transform large volumes of unstructured data into concise, actionable outputs tailored to client objectives
What you bring to the team?
- Approx. 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role delivering technology or software solutions within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of OSINT requirements within the Australian Government.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate concepts and deliver persuasive presentations.
- A passion and interest in global affairs, geopolitics, and current events, with an understanding of how these factors influence client goals and strategies.
- Ability to engage with executives and articulate the value proposition of OSINT.
- Demonstrated experience in dashboard or OSINT technology development with a strategic mindset to align technology with broader objectives.
- A customer-centric approach, with a natural ability to understand and prioritise client needs.
- Strong collaboration skills, excelling in both internal teamwork and client interactions.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with self-awareness and resilience in fast-paced environments.
