Job Description On behalf of a global award winner of a surgical robotics group, hiring a Professional Intellectual Property Specialist with the below requirements:- Requirements: We seek an experienced IP Professional with a bachelor's degree or above in Law (a major in patent or intellectual property law is an advantage) or in Business or related disciplines, and at least 4 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should have the following: Familiarity with patent analytic databases for strategic IP management; A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools. Job duties: As an IP professional, you will be responsible for the following: Collaborating closely with lawyers to prepare documentation for intellectual property related to adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and negotiations; Conducting investigations and research on intellectual property-related issues; Ensuring that the company IP is properly protected; Managing external patent firms, handling patent applications, managing IP systems, and other related IP matters; Coordinating with the team to explore new design inventions for patent filing; Completing all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
