LHH is currently partnering with a reputable full-service firm in Irvine, CA in their search for an Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist. This position will provide docketing support for the firm's domestic & foreign patent, trademark and copyright matters. This is a non-exempt position that will begin as an in-office position with a possibility to transitioning to a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Receive docket communication, review and identify data to be entered into firm's docket software (FoundationIP).
• Maintain quality control of data.
• Prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of docketing experience in all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution docket.
• Familiarity with USPTO, eTEAS, TARR and SAEGIS, PAIR, TESS, TSDR, and TTAB systems.

The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year. The firm also offers a competitive benefits package including health benefits, profit sharing plan/401k, paid time off and other perks including an on-site gym and free breakfast.
