Trusted Ally Home Care is a growing multi-state home care agency that specializes in providing nursing and home health aide services to nuclear-exposed employees in the comfort of their homes. TAHC has been serving families and their loved ones since 2010. After witnessing the impact that quality home care services brought to her great-grandfather's life, our co-founder Candace Honeywell, was determined to bring the same level of care to everyone we serve. Together, with co-founder Alexander Page, they are commited to making positive changes in home health care.

Job Summary

The Integrator is a key leadership role responsible for turning the company's vision into actionable strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning all departments to achieve organizational goals. This role will work closely with our Co-Founders to drive business success through structured execution, team accountability, and process improvement.

Major Functions

  • Leads, Manages and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving the agreed-upon commitment (LMA).
  • Faithfully executes the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.
  • Ensure that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills.
  • Effectively collaborates with the Visionary/Visionaries and stays on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with Visionary. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the Visionary has and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
  • Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.

Education And Experience Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the EEOICPA or Home Care business development
  • Strong ability to implement systems, processes, and structures that drive operational success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and performance within an organization.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance metrics.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
