We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Technical Analyst with expertise in MuleSoft, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud), and enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex integrations across diverse systems and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of integration architecture, API management, and cloud computing, with a focus on delivering seamless, scalable, and secure solutions to enhance business operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud).
• Create and manage APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware configurations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Develop and maintain integration workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Design and implement cloud-based integration solutions using AWS, Azure, and AliCloud services.
• Develop serverless functions, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures to support real-time integrations.
• Manage cloud storage, databases, and data transfer protocols to ensure secure and efficient data flow.
• Integrate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) with other enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Ensure data synchronization and consistency between ERP, CRM, and external systems.
• Design and implement API strategies to expose and consume services across multiple platforms.
• Manage API gateways, security policies, and monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance on API best practices and governance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver integration solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to improve user adoption and proficiency.
• Ensure all integration solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
• Stay updated on the latest integration technologies, cloud services, and industry trends.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in integration consulting or development.
• Proven experience with MuleSoft and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud).
• Strong understanding of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) systems.
• Hands-on experience with API management, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with other integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Informatica).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data migration and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).

Certifications (Preferred):

• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Developer.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or AliCloud Certified Professional.
• ERP or CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified, SAP Certified).
