Advanced Flow Systems Contract Manufacturing is looking for an experienced and energetic Integration Team Lead to join our Production facility in Chilliwack, BC.

  • Our Team Leads have a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per annum based on experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment.

The Integration Team Lead is responsible for the smooth and safe operation of his/her team, assisting Team Members to meet project expectations. Mediating concerns with the Production Manager and Project Managers. The position requires an individual who is comfortable interacting with other stakeholders in the company. It is a fast-paced environment requiring one to multi-task while performing the duties of the job. The Integration Team Lead must set an example by working in a safe manner, following all Health and Safety policies and procedures, and using proper PPE.

General Responsibilities

Essential Functions for this Role are:

  • Provide support to the Production Manager.
  • Develop and encourage Team Members to achieve their Personal Aspirations, while achieving Corporate Goals
  • Develop Production Plans in Relation to Integration Activities; Measure against those plans
  • Accountable for the team’s production goals
  • Develop Metrics/KPI’s for Integrations Activities, and Measure performance results
  • Provide assistance as needed when equipment is down
  • Develop System to Monitor Supplies and Project Materials
  • Report any observed performance issues to the Production Manager

Safety Responsibilities

  • Lead by example
  • Perform work in a safe manner by following all safety rules and practices
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE): steel toed footwear, safety glass, face mask, etc.
  • Report any unsafe work practices or dangerous work habits
  • Monitor work area by checking for trip hazards, unsafe or faulty equipment and/or any unsafe conditions.
  • Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records

Experience, Qualifications, And Skills Required

  • Minimum 3-year experience in a production facility, with Fabrication, Electrical and Mechanical Experience
  • Experience working as a Millwright, Manufacturing Engineer or Engineering Technician
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Production Planning skills, and Analytical analysis to measure Performance.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Teams
