The primary responsibility of an Integration Support Analyst is to facilitate the integration of merchant partners and their services into Transact365 software. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop/ follow integration processes for merchant implementation using current tools and software.
• Work closely with Merchant Support/Account Managers on customer-specific initiatives that involve troubleshooting, support for integration development.
• Work independently to coordinate and solve highly complex technical data communication and integration issues.
• Design, test and implement customer specific custom software modifications.
• Analyse customer data specifications.
• Create documentation for future reference, training and support purposes.
• Provide merchants or internal teams with support on technical integration issues.
• Communicate with merchants to clarify integration and implementation requirements.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Qualifications:

• Skilled knowledge and experience developing and maintaining data communication systems and architecture.
• At least 1-2 years payments background.
• Has advanced knowledge and experience in merchant and processor integrations.
• Degree in a related field and/or industry certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be very results-oriented.
• Must work well both independently and in a team environment. Must be a self-starter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Understands the program languages such as c++, php, java, json etc.
• Can interpret API documents.
