Position: Integration Project Manager

Location: REMOTE (CST or EST only) with travel 1-3x quarterly

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duration: 6-month contract (extensions/permanent possible)

Pay Rate: $30-35/hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP - by June 2nd

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• M&A integrations management experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Plusses:

• PMP certification
• Agile and/or Six-Sigma certification

Day-to-Day:

A healthcare technology company is looking for a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of acquisition and integration strategies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensure the alignment of specific teams and projects with our broader organization. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of an acquired company project post close
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project communications
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates and reports to your manager on the status of this integration program

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
