About The Role

The Integration Manager is part of a dynamic group responsible for the ongoing support and advancement of the Nordic IFS solution setup.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions across various applications, platforms, and systems (A2A and B2B).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, internal and external developers, and Project Managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
• Manage API integrations, middleware platforms (e.g., BizTalk, Azure Logic Apps), and data exchange protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, EDI).
• Develop and enforce integration policies, governance frameworks, and security standards.
• Responsible for contact with hosting partners, integration partners and other suppliers within the Specialist area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing business disruption.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with integration trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  
  

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in IT integration both A2A and B2B, including leading integration projects or teams.
• Strong experience with enterprise integration tools and platforms (e.g., BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Azure/AWS integration services).
• Knowledge of API-based B2B integration methods (REST, JSON/XML) alongside traditional EDI.
• Experience in cloud-based integrations and hybrid environments.
• Proficient in API design and management, web services (REST/SOAP), data transformation, and message queuing.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication, and data governance.
• Understanding and experience of databases (Oracle) and programming language (PL/SQL.
• Ability to manage parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Works well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., IFS Applications, SAP, Salesforce).
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience in high-volume B2B transaction environments (e.g., retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare).
