Does

• Drive integration workstreams for asset / company acquisitions for the Commercial Group
• Assess potential needs for Build/Borrow/Buy strategy
• Craft Build/Borrow/Buy strategy & rationale to complement existing product portfolio
• Assess possible target companies for acquisition / investment for the Commercial team
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to ensure synergy capture on investments / acquisitions
• Craft management presentations for decision-making and alignment meetings with stakeholders
• Handle developmental project or financial products as required
• Provide advice and/or guidance for investment opportunities
• Manage due diligence process for the Commercial Team
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Business / Management / Economics / Finance, or any related degree
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a business, strategy, or operations role, with an inclination to P&L ownership
• Investment Banking / Private Equity / Venture Capital experience
• Strong business acumen, knowledge of financial & profitability drivers, and commercial model sense
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Must be able to manage stakeholders well
• Self-driven, flexible, willing to take on more than the role requires
