Overview:
Addx Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Integration Manager to provide comprehensive program integration support for the Industrial Security Programs, Plans, and Strategy Division (PPS). The successful candidate will support the Project Management Branch (PMB) and the System Management Branch (SMB) by leveraging program integration best practices, coordinating with various project managers and stakeholders, and performing portfolio analysis. This role involves monitoring and tracking key DoD-level initiatives, providing status updates, and consulting with leadership to ensure the successful execution of tasks and resolution of risks and issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide program integration labor to support the Industrial Security Programs, Plans, and Strategy Division (PPS), consisting of a Project Management Branch (PMB) and a System Management Branch (SMB).
Leverage program integration best practices and coordinate with various project managers and stakeholders to perform portfolio analysis, assessing interdependencies for risks to cost, schedule, and scope.
Monitor and track key DoD-level initiatives across the Industrial Security mission in support of PPS, PMB, and SMB leadership, providing status of team tasks execution, schedule, and risk/issue resolution.
Consult with leadership as needed to solicit and provide critical updates, coordinate information, and prioritize tasks.
Consolidate project schedules across PPS/PMB/SMB to establish an integrated Industrial Security outcome delivery/capability portfolio.
Provide PPS support/coverage at Directorate and Agency functions as directed by Chief, PPS.
Identify administrative needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Handle a broad number of administrative duties, including flagging important delivery milestones, creating agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
Streamline office operations and maintain organization while building rapport with stakeholders.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide program management and continuous service support to partners internally and externally to bring cutting-edge systems, technologies, and strategies to support and defend national security and gain an industrial advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in program integration or project management, preferably within a DoD or federal government environment.
Strong knowledge and functional capability to operate Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Suite, SharePoint, Service Now, and other task management systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop detailed technology roadmaps, IMS schedules, and transition planning and master plans.
Experience working in a multi-contractor environment and providing seamless support to deliver capabilities.
Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance with federal regulations.
Proficiently operate Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Access, etc., or the applicable software of record for the agency.
Proficiently operate Adobe Suite, including but not limited to, Acrobat Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Premier, etc., or the applicable software of record for the agency.
Proficiently operate SharePoint, Service Now, and/or other task management systems.
Ability to utilize other designated software required to successfully perform the duties of this task order.
