Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to lead and optimize the integration of our core systems, with a strong emphasis on our CRM and other critical platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the impact of integrations on business processes and can drive automation, efficiency, and scalability across our systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations that support our company’s growth, ensuring seamless data flow, reliability, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrations between our CRM and other business-critical platforms using APIs, IPaaS tools, and automation solutions.
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization across platforms by designing and implementing efficient system integrations.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues promptly to maintain system reliability, security, and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership by implementing best practices in integration architecture, automation strategies, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system interoperability and enhance data integrity.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance integration strategies by adopting new technologies, methodologies, and tools.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience with IPaaS tools (Make, Workato, Integrately, Zapier – mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in API integrations, system architecture, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of automation processes, workflows, and scripting to enhance efficiency.
  • Experience in SDK (Software Development Kit) development and custom integrations.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and drive technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure clarity in integration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
