About the Role:

As an Integration Engineer at Knotted Commerce, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting integrated systems delivered through iPaaS platforms.

You'll be responsible for producing stable, optimised integrations that solve real client challenges, working as part of a collaborative engineering and consultancy team.

You’ll contribute to the build of reusable blueprint integrations, deliver high quality client implementations, and support post go live success through proactive problem solving and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of our technical offerings while growing your skills and certifications in leading integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Delivery: Design, build, and deploy stable and scalable integrations via client projects using iPaaS platforms. Ensure all solutions meet internal quality standards and client requirements.

• Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, implement workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Support & Maintenance: Investigate and resolve client support queries within agreed SLOs, ensuring continued stability and reliability of live integrations.

• Blueprint Development: Contribute to the development of reusable, marketplace ready blueprint integrations opportunities.

• Certifications & Learning: Actively work toward certification in selected iPaaS platforms and associated technologies, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning.

• Innovation & R&D: Take part in regular research into emerging platforms and technologies. Share insights and participate in discussions around future technical direction, commercial strategy, and new ventures.

• Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to processes, tooling, and delivery methods to increase efficiency and performance.

• Collaboration & Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients and colleagues, encouraging a collaborative culture across technical and non-technical teams.

Success Metrics:

• High project delivery success rate and deployment stability

• Resolution of post-go-live issues within target timeframes

• High-quality code/configuration with minimal rework

• Positive client feedback and contribution to account growth

• Active participation in internal knowledge sharing and R&D initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with integration platforms (ideally iPaaS like Patchworks, Alumio, Celigo, etc.) and an understanding of APIs, data flow, and system interconnectivity

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work directly with clients to shape technical outcomes

• Familiarity with scalable system design and automation best practices

• Excellent communication skills and a team first attitude
