About the role

We are looking to recruit an Integration Engineer to join our Internal Systems Team. This function adopts a client and service centric approach to continually improving services through the deployment of effective technology and automation.

Our Internal Systems team are, in part responsible for integration efforts of tools, processes, technologies, and activities within Node4. The team is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, streamlining, and ensuring seamless service deliver to our clients. Our Integration Engineers are responsible for overseeing and implementing various integration initiatives for services internal and external to the business.

What will you be doing?

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable integration architectures and solutions across multiple applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Work closely with teams across Node4 to understand integration requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business and regulatory needs.
• Develop and manage interfaces between key systems such as CRM, CPQ, ITSM, and other third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

What you'll bring?

• Strong hands-on experience in system integration and API development, with a deep understanding of the IT landscape.
• Recognised authority on integration strategies and tactics.
• Proven experience in a similar role, working on integration projects and teams within an IT Managed Services environment.
• Knowledge of integration platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and Microsoft Azure Logic Apps.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, webhooks, SOAP, and REST.
• Understanding of information standards, data exchange formats, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
