Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Integration Developer to bridge EasyStore with external ERP and accounting systems. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges, building scalable integrations, and collaborating across diverse teams, you’ll thrive in this role. You’ll work with platforms such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, and Xilnex, ensuring seamless, reliable, and accurate synchronization across retail workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between EasyStore and third-party ERP/accounting platforms
• Ensure reliable and accurate data synchronization for orders, customers, inventories, and locations
• Build scalable, high-volume workflows and data pipelines for production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies, sync failures, and edge-case handling
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and merchant success teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Maintain well-documented integration logic, workflows, and handover notes

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in integration protocols and data formats: JSON, XML, WebSocket, SFTP
• Familiarity with authentication standards such as OAuth and SAML
• Experience with message brokers or job queues: Kafka, SQS, Sidekiq, DelayJob
• Backend development experience using PHP, Ruby, Laravel, or Ruby on Rails
• Hands-on integration experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, AutoCount, Xilnex, Cegit)
• Comfortable working with large-scale data sets in production environments
• Strong grasp of system design principles such as fault tolerance, retry logic, dead-letter queues, CAP theorem, and maintaining a single source of truth
• Bonus: Experience with desktop application environments such as Electron.
