We are looking for a talented Integration Developer to set up and integrate Apple Messages for Business, Zendesk, and Sunshine Conversations systems to ensure seamless operation of our customer service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Apple Messages for Business with existing systems (e.g., Zendesk and Sunshine Conversations);
• Develop and configure backend solutions to support communication infrastructure;
• Work with Zendesk and Sunshine Conversations APIs to configure and optimize data exchange between platforms;
• Provide technical setup of systems to ensure continuous operation of chat services for operational teams;
• Collaborate with other teams (developers, analysts, customer support) to ensure high quality and efficiency of system performance;
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure uninterrupted operation of all integrated components.
  
  

Hard Skills

• Experience working with Apple Messages for Business, Zendesk, and Sunshine Conversations;
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, with experience integrating external platforms via APIs;
• Experience with backend system configuration and optimization;
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or others commonly used for integrations;
• Understanding of Omnichannel concepts and integration of different communication channels;
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
