We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Developer with deep experience in IBM Middleware technologies to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as IBM App Connect, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, and other IBM software stack components. Familiarity with REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture, and modern DevOps tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration flows using IBM App Connect (ACE/IIB), IBM MQ, IBM DataPower, and API Connect.
• Build and manage secure, reliable APIs and services across hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem).
• Develop message flows, service orchestration, and transformation logic in App Connect Enterprise (ACE/IIB).
• Implement enterprise messaging and queueing patterns using IBM MQ.
• Design, configure, and manage secure gateway policies in IBM DataPower appliances or virtual appliances.
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and application teams to understand requirements and deliver robust integration solutions.
• Ensure integration solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide L3 support for integrations in production.
• Follow SDLC, agile practices, and participate in sprint planning and code reviews.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in integration development with IBM Middleware tools.
• Hands-on experience with:
• IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)/IIB
• IBM MQ
• IBM API Connect
• IBM DataPower
• Proficiency in ESQL, XSLT, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, WSDL.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and service orchestration.
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, UrbanCode).
• Working knowledge of Java or JavaScript for custom connectors or extensions is a plus.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) preferred.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM BPM/BAW, FileNet, or ODM is an added advantage.
• Exposure to other integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or Kafka is a plus.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth2, SSL/TLS, and LDAP integration.
• IBM Certifications such as IBM Certified Integration Developer – App Connect Enterprise v11 are a strong plus.
