POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for an experienced Integration Developer with strong skills in API development and system integrations. This role focuses on connecting telecom platforms, CRMs (such as Salesforce and HubSpot), and cloud-based services to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency. You’ll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing custom integrations that support global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement seamless integrations between cloud services, APIs, and third-party platforms (CRMs, telecom systems, etc.)

• Maintain and improve existing integrations, including debugging, enhancements, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with internal tech teams and international clients to define requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.

• Document technical processes and integration structures.

• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability across all integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience working with API integrations.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js).

• Experience working with Twilio (preferred).

• Hands-on experience integrating with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.

• Strong self-management skills and excellent communication abilities.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools.

• Experience in microservices architecture.

• Background in agile or remote work environments.
