Job Summary As an integration consultant you are responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on technical matters to our clients and within our client facing teams. This typically involves analyzing clients’ business requirements, designing integration solutions, configuring middleware or integration platforms, developing custom connectors or APIs, testing and troubleshooting integrations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the client and the project focus, but generally you act as the go to person for any technical topic in our clients’ projects. A Day in the Life Collaborate with clients to understand their technical & integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions with our Neobrain solutions Review requirement documents and integration approaches drafted by our Pre Sales team to ensure alignment with client needs and project goals Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on integration best practices, architecture, and design considerations Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, development guides, and training materials Conduct client-facing technical training sessions to educate clients on our integrations Work closely with project managers, implementation consultants, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget Stay up-to-date on our releases, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our services and solutions Your Profile You have a strong understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure successful technical & integration projects.
