Summary
What Does an Integration Compliance Specialist Really Do?
You’re the compliance navigator during one of the most important journeys a new branch can take-joining our company through acquisition.
Your mission?
Help new branches transition smoothly, stay compliant, and become fully integrated, all while keeping our high standards in home care intact.
The Heart of the Role (Healthcare + Compliance)
Make sure newly acquired locations follow all state, federal, and internal regulations.
Help branch staff understand and apply healthcare compliance policies—HIPAA, licensing, documentation, and more.
Ensure every caregiver and client receives safe, ethical, and high-quality care.
Serve as the go-to expert on compliance best practices during and after the acquisition process.
Acquisition Integration – Where You Shine
You're front and center when we bring a new home care agency into the FRHC family.
You help onboard their team, align processes with ours, and train them on how we do things.
Act as the bridge between departments (operations, finance, HR) to keep the transition smooth and timely.
Support leadership in handing off the location to the long-term team once it’s fully integrated.
Monitoring and Coaching
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and coach branches on where to improve.
Troubleshoot roadblocks and find smart, compliant solutions.
Regularly check in to ensure everything stays on track—no surprises.
What Makes You a Fit
You’ve got in-home care experience and understand the importance of doing things right—for clients, caregivers, and the company.
You’re detail-oriented, love a good checklist, and believe compliance is more than paperwork—it’s how we protect people.
You’re calm under pressure, great at explaining complex rules, and thrive during change.
You enjoy helping teams grow through change—and you’re not afraid to lead.
