Job Title: Integration Architect

Location: Rochester, MN (Remote)

Duration: 5+ Months Contract with possibility of extension depends on the performance and the manager

Pay rate: $80 to $85/hr on W2

Job Summary:

The IT Architect provides leadership in the technical design, selection, and application of information systems resources to meet organizational requirements. This role facilitates technical reviews to ensure that systems align with and integrate within the enterprise IT environment, applying principles of enterprise architecture. The IT Architect also contributes to technical planning efforts and supports division-level strategy and planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in system architecture, design principles, software development methodologies, and technology selection within the division.
• Ensure systems align, adhere to, and integrate within the organization's enterprise IT environment, applying enterprise architecture concepts.
• Develop and present technical proposals that evaluate alternatives and business cases, securing necessary approvals and cross-departmental consensus.
• Serve as a recognized technical expert with in-depth knowledge of a broad range of current technologies and their applications within the organization.
• Participate in committees focused on establishing technical standards, promoting data integration, and coordinating projects across work units.
• Actively contribute as a member of technical workgroups to advance project goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with healthcare technology.
• Expertise in one or more areas: business modeling, data design, information systems design, systems integration, or service design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to organize, facilitate, and solve problems effectively.
• Expertise in one or more computing technologies.
• Demonstrated consistency in project delivery through reliable, repeatable performance.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to complete tasks and assignments independently and on time.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members within a collaborative environment.

Education Requirements:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of experience, including three (3) years of technical experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
• OR
• Associate's degree and at least nine (9) years of experience, including three (3) years of technical experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
