Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior integrated strategists to architect multi-discipline marketing programs across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Partner with additional marketing discipline leads across social media, CRM, paid media, loyalty, web, insights & intelligence, analytics, PR and beyond, ensuring our groundbreaking strategies translate into game-changing campaigns.
- Immerse yourself in the data landscape, uncovering hidden gems and transforming raw information into actionable strategic fuel.
- Craft compelling narratives supported by intelligence and data, contributing to client presentations and reports that inspire action and deliver tangible results.
- Be a champion of innovation, actively exploring and implementing solutions and AI-enabled tools to supercharge our efficiency and unlock unprecedented analytical power.
- Own the details – meticulously documenting project blueprints, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of our ambitious visions.
- Contribute to showcasing our successes through compelling case studies and award submissions that highlight Citizen's strategic prowess.
- Embrace the challenge of continuous learning, rapidly expanding your generalist marketing toolkit with a focus on both strategic business thinking and imaginative problem-solving.
- Be an integral voice in team brainstorms, pushing the boundaries of what's possible and contributing to a culture of relentless innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, or a related field – your intellectual horsepower matters.
- 0-2 years of experience in a marketing, research, or analytical capacity (show us your potential through internships and standout academic projects).
- An insatiable curiosity about the ever-evolving digital landscape and the power of integrated strategies.
- A proven knack for dissecting data, identifying key insights, and articulating their strategic implications.
- Exceptional organizational superpowers and an unwavering commitment to Quality.
- Polished written and verbal communication skills – your ability to articulate ideas is crucial.
- Digital savvy across myriad tools and platforms (Google Business Suite & Gemini a plus)
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with an unyielding drive to contribute and make a real impact at Citizen.
- A burning desire to understand the "why" behind consumer behavior and market forces.
- Excitement about the potential of artificial intelligence and a willingness to be at the forefront of its application in marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms – show us you speak the language of data.
- Exposure to the dynamics of project management – understanding how to bring visions to life.
- A foundational grasp of the intricacies of various marketing channels – you're eager to connect the dots.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to identify opportunities for growth, self-directed learning and continuous skill development within the marketing landscape.
