This hybrid role combines client management, internal project coordination, and creative content writing (websites, blogs, landing pages, and more). If you’re highly organized, passionate about delivering quality work on deadline, and excited about working in the health and beauty space, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role:

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients.
• Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines via Asana.
• Write and edit blogs, landing pages, full website copy, and emails.
• Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to deliver client success.
• Shadow client Zoom meetings before eventually managing calls.

We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years account management and/or marketing writing experience.
• Outstanding organization and attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills, including technical writing for med spa/healthcare topics.
• Comfort using Asana, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack.
• Based in Pacific Time zone (Los Angeles preferred).
