🧩 What You'll Do:
Respond to calls, emails, and messages from clients seeking services
Guide clients through the intake process with professionalism and care
Accurately enter and manage client information
Ensure confidentiality and excellent service throughout
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client satisfaction
Work overnight (EST) in one of the following shifts:
Sunday–Thursday
Tuesday–Saturday
Monday–Friday
(All from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. EST)
🎯 You Bring:
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken & written)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior customer service or intake experience preferred
Tech-savviness and the ability to work remotely
A self-motivated, reliable attitude and the ability to thrive overnight
