We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a healthcare recruitment background and exceptional communication skills to join our team as a Surrogate Intake Manager. You will be the first point of contact for potential surrogates, playing a crucial role in promoting our surrogacy program and guiding candidates through the intake process. Key Responsibilities: Surrogate Intake Process: Respond promptly to inquiries and manage the end-to-end intake process, ensuring a smooth journey for potential surrogates. Communication & Sales: Utilize strong communication and sales skills to promote our program and build trust with potential surrogates. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships to enhance the applicant's experience. Documentation: Oversee collection and verification of required documents for compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with coordinators and support staff for a seamless intake process. Qualifications: Proven sales experience with a track record of success. Experience as a Surrogacy Intake Manager is preferred. Passion for the surrogacy field is highly valued. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated to achieve high surrogate retention rates. Availability to work on weekdays and weekends as needed. Good computer skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, and CRM tools). Organized, detail-oriented, and a positive team player. Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.
