D3 Search is actively seeking an Intake Coordinator on behalf of a highly respected plaintiff PI, mass tort & sex abuse law practice located in Manhattan Beach, CA (90266).

Intake Coordinator

• Note: 1+ yrs. intake experience with a plaintiff PI/sex abuse practice is highly preferred / not required.

Location/Map:

Manhattan Beach, CA (90266)

Fully onsite work model (Monday - Friday).

Position Summary:

Full-time/direct hire Intake Coordinator for prominent South Bay-based plaintiff PI, mass tort and sex abuse practice.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promptly contact and/or follow up with all potential clients via phone and email.
• Obtain pertinent information from potential clients by asking them a series of questions professionally and respectfully.
• Send sign-up documents to the prospective clients and follow up accordingly.
• Establish a relationship and rapport with potential clients by, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Add and update pertinent information into the firm’s client management system.
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks as it relates to opening new cases, declining cases, and maintaining the firm’s database.

General Qualifications:

• Prior experience handling prospective client calls required.
• Law firm experience highly preferred.
• Ability to handle potential client calls with care and empathy.
• Ability to remain calm during calls with rude clients.
• Experience using online database software, MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe).
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and motivated to work in fast-paced environment.
• English and Spanish speaking REQUIRED.

Language Skills:

Spanish language proficiency REQUIRED.

Salary/Compensation/Benefits:
