Educate potential clients on various insurance products and help them choose the best coverage options. Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales, and client interactions. Requirement Bachelor's degree Or equivalent education and professional experience. Previous experience in sales (3 years minimum) in insurance or a related field Active insurance license in Michigan or willingness to obtain one. Strong sales, marketing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. A passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions.
