Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive with 2 years of proven experience in selling insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products to customers.

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and other marketing strategies.

Conduct client meetings to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales service.

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM systems.

Stay updated with insurance market trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Insurance sales preferbly .

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

IRDA certification (if applicable).
