This role will be counter part of any projects under data topic. Program Manager has to act as a counterpart for our client division head to gather business requirements and resources demands.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary:

• Deliver a million-dollar transition program.
• Manage onsite & offshore team to deliver the project on time, quality and budget.
• Stakeholder Management - Senior level of client and offshore team.
• Work with client closely to resolve any issues.
  
  

Secondly:

• Support sales team for exploring the business opportunities.
• Support practices to improve capabilities, and methodologies.
  
  

Job Description - Grade Specific

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Bilingual Japanese and English (professional Japanese (N1 or Native) and business English).
• A large scale program management experiences.
• 5+ years Project management with onsite and offshore delivery model.
• Experienced or familiar with IT outsourcing model and how to manage offshore team.
• Communication and presentation skills with senior management level.
• Deep understanding of Agile software development.
• Strong stakeholders management experience.
• Cybersecurity domain experience preferable but not mandatory.
