A boutique civil litigation firm is seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of experience in defending Insurance Defense, and/or construction defect claims. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, a team player, and enjoys working collaboratively in trial preparation and litigation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy with partners.
• Draft and argue motions (including MSJs).
• Handle discovery responses and document review.
• Prepare client reports.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court and participate in trial prep as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Strong academic background and job stability.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $180,000/year for 1850 billable hours.
• Bonus: Up to $25,000 for hours billed above 1850/year.
