Whether you have some experience in customer service, administration, or sales – if you're eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Assist in providing tailored insurance quotations for personal cars, vans, and homes.
- Support customers with queries about their policies, renewals, and claims.
- Process documentation and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.
What We’re Looking For
- A keen interest in insurance and a desire to complete the CIP qualification (exam support provided).
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
