Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with customers. You’ll be the friendly voice of our company, assisting clients with policy needs, documentation, and communication — and we’ll train the right candidate if you're not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with insurance inquiries
• Complete and submit insurance applications
• Email/mail documents including invoices, certificates, policies, and applications
• Call clients to follow up on paperwork, payments, or renewals
• Process and collect payments
• Scan, upload, and manage documents digitally
• Use Microsoft Office and company-specific software
• Provide general office support and assist with marketing efforts
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and team members

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in insurance or aviation industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance or willing to obtain a license with our support
