Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in San Diego, CA for an Insurance Customer Service Rep/Office Manager. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, customer relations, data gathering, processing, maintaining client servicing, offering executive support, and handling communication and administrative tasks for an established insurance agency opening 3rd agency. This position is a foundational piece in helping the owner run this new agency.


Qualifications

  • This position is designed for a long-term career-minded individual. I am looking for the eventual manager of this new insurance agency in San Diego.
  • Insurance Administrative Support Experience
  • Strong communication and administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook. Also Ring Central and experience in processing insurance applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
