The position can be based in Basking Ridge, New York City, Fort Lauderdale or Miami, as our culture fosters global collaboration daily. Candidates should have experience in insurance coverage, bad faith and commercial litigation. Candidates should also have strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities.
