Summary

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Implement the company's overall development strategy and business strategy, and assist the department head in the daily operation and management of the business.
  2. Timely understand and meet customers' insurance needs, provide customized solutions, professional consulting services, claim settlement services, etc.
  3. Coordinate the delivery of customer services for large enterprises, expand existing customer relationships, and actively promote cross-selling and new business development.
  4. Manage customer relationships and project communication, and be able to independently solve ongoing issues with customers and suppliers.
  5. Manage the quality and compliance requirements of brokerage business, and ensure the implementation of company standards, brokerage guidelines, system requirements, E&O compliance, etc.
  6. Work closely with the internal operation support team to complete the operation processes related to customers' insurance procurement and subsequent services.
  7. Pay close attention to industry dynamics and market trends, understand the new insurance liability requirements of corporate customers, conduct a comprehensive risk assessment of existing insurance liabilities, and identify the deficiencies and potential risk points.


Job Requirements:


  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's to Master's degree.
  2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of working experience in Hong Kong insurance companies or Broker companies.
  3. Professional Certificates:
  4. Possess Hong Kong Insurance Qualification Licenses No. 1, 2, 3, or relevant professional certificates in the financial industry.
