Key Responsibilities:
●Digital Platform Management:
○Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and online portals.
○Ensure seamless user experiences and functionality across all digital channels.
○Monitor platform performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
●Technology Integration:
○Implement and integrate digital tools and technologies such as AI, blockchain, and data analytics to streamline processes.
○Automate underwriting, enhance risk assessment, and improve customer service.
○Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies.
●Customer Experience Optimization:
○Design and implement user-centric digital experiences to meet customer needs.
○Personalize services and interactions to create a seamless and tailored customer journey.
