Key Responsibilities

Insurance Agent

  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage plans.
  • Prepare quotes, explain policy details, and assist clients in selecting suitable insurance products.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.

Customer Service Representative

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide policy information with professionalism and clarity.
  • Process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.

Office Manager

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records, including client files, financial transactions, and reports.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing.

Additional Duties

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support team goals and business operations.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, such as social media updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Support team members with administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless workflows.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, pivot tables).
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or office management is preferred.
  • Licensing: Valid insurance agent license preferred; candidates without a license must obtain one within the first three months from the date of hire.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
