The candidate should be conversant with Control System (DCS/ESD/F&G) and Field Instruments such as Control/ Safety Valves, HIPPS, Transmitters, Analyzers, Gauges, and communication systems for offshore.

Layout engineering and MTO, Engineering drawing check.

Experience in Instrumentation Design Basis, Engineering Co-ordination / Fabrication / Loop/ Checking / Commissioning of Instrumentation System of Offshore Platforms.

Conversant with Design Documents such as Control System Block Diagram / F&G Layouts / Instrument Hook-ups / Cable Schedule / Tray Layouts etc.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist E&l manager in proposal & estimation, project management, and construction management task force pertaining to E&l.
• Assist the lead engineer in costing strategy, prepare proposal deliverables, review proposal engineering deliverables, review bulk material quantities & propose optimisation strategies, check package scope definitions, obtain offers, prepare cost sheets, and conduct techno-commercial analysis of offers.
• Assist lead engineer in procurement strategy, monitoring &expediting engineering, checking engineering deliverables, procurement coordination & technical closeout with suppliers, and vendor expediting for on-time delivery.
• Assist the lead engineer in the preparation of the manufacturing progress report, participate in inspection, arrange final documentation, and close out of E&l with suppliers.
• Assist E&l manager for proposal closure and EPC schedule preparation.
• Assist the lead engineer in interaction with the customer.
