As a STEM instructor, you will primarily focus on teaching robotics courses at TechBlazers and our collaborative private school. Responsibilities Deliver STEM-oriented instructions through project-based learning methods such as teaching Lego building, VEX and python(programming). Encourage students to solve problems with the projects by thinking logically and creatively. Implement all policies and rules governing student life, inform students of reasonable rules concerning classroom procedures and behaviors, and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Assess the accomplishments of students in a variety of ways on a regular basis and provide feedback to parents and management. Research and develop new course material when required, ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the process. Qualifications Experienced with or studied in STEM-related fields such as Science, Technologies, Engineering, and Math. Experience with VEX IQ/VEX/FRC is a plus. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
